Peter Schultz, DDS
Dr. Schultz grew up in Sheridan and graduated from Sheridan High School. He attended the University of Wyoming, where he graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. After working for a number of years, Dr. Schultz decided to pursue dentistry as a profession. He attended Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska and received a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After working as an associate for five years, he decided to open Schultz Family Dental.
Dr. Schultz enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but getting to know his patients is what he really values. He is a member of the Wyoming Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and serves on the Sheridan College Hygiene Advisory Board.
Peter is married to his lovely wife Katie, and they have a son and daughter, and a yellow lab. The whole family loves being outside, which is great for Peter as he really enjoys fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and spending time in the mountains.

Baylee O'Neal
Dental Assistant
Baylee, originally from Casper relocated to Sheridan to live with her boyfriend Sam who works for the Game and Fish. She is new to the dental profession but is loving every minute of it and thoroughly enjoys learning all the new things she can.
Her hobbies include camping, fishing, hunting, and more recently wildlife photography. Her and Sam also recently added to the family getting their first puppy, a black lab named Tuca. She enjoys anything you can do in the mountains and also has a passion for all things rodeo.
Molly Kane
Registered Dental Hygienist
Molly is a native to Sheridan County, Wyoming. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 2014, spent two years at the University of Wyoming, and returned to Sheridan to complete the Dental Hygiene Program at Sheridan College. A 2019 graduate of the Program, she has earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Molly is excited to be involved in the Wyoming Dental Hygienists' Association. She loves being able to help people achieve beautiful, healthy smiles while building relationships with patients.
Molly married her husband, Nate, in 2017. They have one daughter and another on the way, and love to spend time working together on their family ranch. In addition to ranching, Molly enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking new recipes, playing basketball, and exploring the outdoors with her two mischievous dogs.
Nadia Van Der Merwe
Receptionist
Nadia started working at Schultz Family Dental in June of 2022 when she joined the team as Receptionist. She is dedicated to help patients feel welcome and assist them with every step during their visit with us. Nadia is from South Africa where she previously worked on an abalone farm in a small coastal town in the Western Cape for 10 years, where she gained a wealth of experience in administration & human resources working in an ever changing, fast paced work environment, she has been living in Sheridan since 2019.
She says dentistry is a new and exciting field for her and she’s enjoys learning new thing about it every day, she also enjoys meeting all the friendly people that visit our office on a daily basis who have all made her feel very welcome in her new home town.
Nadia is also an experienced baker and cake decorator who has her own small business that keeps her busy over weekends. Other than baking she enjoys spending time with her family, road trips exploring our beautiful country, taking walks in town and enjoying nature. Her dream is to one day open her own bakery.
